At the early age of twenty years old, Annette Compo began her career in the real estate industry and currently maintains a Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Michigan. Annette is the Broker of Michigan Real Estate Professional. With over twenty years in the business, Annette has always been regarded as a top sales performer and has consistently been list in the top 10% for sales among all Michigan Realtors. Since her tenure at Chrystal Anderson, Annette was recognized as the #1 Sales Person for the company. When making her move into the South Eastern side of the State, she worked for Realogy and also Weichert in the movement of affiliated business model of franchising. When it comes to her career, Annette has worked tirelessly to achieve her goals and further her development as one of the countries leading women in the real estate industry.
Anyone who knows Annette knows her to be a strong and ambitious woman. Annette has always been a goal driven person who stops as nothing to achieve her goals. Annette’s attitude has always been positive even during her gravest moments. Through out the years she has accomplished being a missionary in Haiti, extensive leadership training and volunteers with the Special Olympics, Child Abuse Council, Big Brother Big Sister and much other service organization. She also served on city committees and her most recent appointment on the Historical Committee. Industry related she is a member of Western Wayne Oakland Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Notwithstanding Annette’s involvement in those organizations, she has been a part of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. Annette not only served as President but also served with many other Vice President positions through the years. With her outstanding performance she was given the highest honor of a Jaycees Presidential Medallion. This is an award that distinguishes very few with high honors of excellence.
Annette is a graduate with a Bachelor degree of Business Management, and emphasis in International Global Business. Her goal is to utilize her diverse knowledge in business and real estate to assist families further their dream of achieving or maintaining home ownership. Driving through three different types of real estate cycles, she has learned different ways to adapt to the business and recreate herself and her business to always perform at the top of list. She in not only diverse in the foreclosure market but also has taken a stand in creating an upward swing to increase market value of homes in the State of Michigan. She is certified as a Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource to her community and beyond.
